Name:
Please enter the first and last name to be used as the contact for this website. We do need this to be a real person, not something like "Senior Pastor".

Domain Name:
This is where you provide the domain name you wish to use on your account. Regardless of whether it is new or already exist.  It must be a valid domain name (no spaces and end with .com, .org, etc.). Do not use www. as we will set up your domain with and without the www.

 We will provide your domain name FREE with your plan if is available to be registered and you let us register and maintain it for you. If you have an existing domain name, we will gladly help you change the Domain Name Servers (DNS) to point to our servers but you must provide the information below to do this. We also will try to physically transfer your domain name to Ark Webs where we will maintain the fees for it as long as you host with us. You must be able to access the registrar where your domain name was purchased and be sure it is "unlocked" and can be transferred.  You MUST  request the physical transfer on our Help Desk (https://awhelpdesk.com) after your website is set up or we CANNOT transfer it. 

 You will also have to re-enter the domain name to confirm your choice. Be sure it is exactly the same.

Contact Email:
This email address is very important. This is the only way we will contact you about your website. It must be an account that you check regularly and you MUST keep it up-to-date. We will send your renewal email to this address.  We ask that you re-enter it to confirm we have the correct one.

Alternate Contact Email:
This email address is for your use. You can use it to give us another email ID where we can reach you. Just in case the first one quits working.  Or, you can give us your webmaster's email ID. What ever you wish to use it for. All correspondence will go to this email address as well as your contact email.

Phone:
We must have a VALID phone number, with area code to validate your order. We have been plagued with bad orders and must check to see that the order is valid. Also enter the best time to reach you.

Choose Package:
You must pick which package you want for your hosting. You can find the individual resources listed from our home page. The list here is just the basic Plan name and size.

Admin Name (Userid):
This will be the name you use to log into your control panel, FTP and FrontPage. This cannot be 'admin'. It must be 5 - 8 lowercase letters and numbers.

Admin Email ID:
This will be the name you want for your initial email account. We will record this as a second contact email for your account.

Desired Password:
We are allowing you to pick your password. Please do NOT make it too easy. You should use upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.   If someone guesses your password they can get into your website and do a lot of damage. We are not responsible for your website if it gets hacked. So you should consider this password carefully.

Existing Domain Name:
If you have an existing domain name, please enter it here. It can be the same as you entered above or it can be in addition to your FREE domain name. We will gladly help you "park" it over your FREE domain name if you would like.

username:
We must have your username for your REGISTRAR if you want us to access your existing Domain Name and help you to get it working with our servers.

Registrar URL:
This should be the URL (Domain Name) for the company that you registered your domain name with. This is NOT your old hosting company. It should be something like godaddy.com or register.com. If this is not correct, we cannot help you to get it working with our servers.

DN Expiration Date:
If we are going to be transfering your domain name we need to know if we will have time to accomplish this before it expires
